China’s NEV Exports Surge Amid Rising Global Market Recognition
Hits: 847 Time: 2026.01.31

In the first half of 2026, China’s export volume of new energy vehicles (NEVs) achieved remarkable growth. Domestic automakers represented by BYD, NIO, Li Auto and Wuling keep increasing investment in overseas expansion, with products sold to dozens of countries and regions across Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Latin America. The supporting supply chain for vehicle exports has become increasingly mature, with fully optimized integrated procedures for ro-ro shipping, standardized port inspection and cross-border customs clearance.

Relying on strengths in energy efficiency, cabin space and intelligent configurations, multiple plug-in hybrid and battery-electric models have captured market share in both mass-market and high-end overseas segments. Industry analysts point out that stable vehicle supply capacity and a global certification adaptation system constitute the core competitiveness for Chinese NEVs to steadily expand international sales channels.
